When can I access the storage yard?

24X7.  Each client has a unique secure gate code and you can access your space any time you need to.  24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How big are the doors on the Self-Storage bays?

Depending on the storage bay, the doors range from 4' wide to 6' wide.  In general, the smaller units will have smaller doors and the bigger units will have the bigger doors.  If you have a specific requirement for a larger door, drop us a line and we will see what we can do.

What do you have for security?

The fence is 6' chain link topped with barbed wire to deter anyone who tries to get in.  The gate system is fully automated with recording software and logs every entry and exit.  The gate system also requires you to use your PIN to enter and exit ensuring that nobody can "trick" the gate into thinking a vehicle is on the exit pad.  The lot is lit with motion sensing LED lighting and we have full 24X7 HD video surveillance.

How can I pay for my storage unit?

Your credit card is held on file and billing automagically happens on the first of every month that you are renting from us.  If you want to pay cash, please contact us and we can make arrangements.

What can't I store?

Anything flammable, illegal or perishable.  This to protect your goods as well as everyone else's .

Do you block in my RV or boat?

NO!  Your boat or RV in the lot will not be blocked in!  You can access your trailer any time you want.  If it's a crazy winter like 21/22, there may be snow piles but all you have to do is call me and I will make sure your trailer is accessible anytime you need it.  Snow is removed in the yard to the end of each boat / RV bay so you should have no trouble picking up your trailer any time you need it.
